EQ12 does not start

When I turn on the EQ12, the power lamp lights up and no video is output. (To be exact, the HDMI signal is output for a moment, and the video output stops immediately.)
When I press the power button, the power light goes out instantly, but when I press the power button again, the same problem occurs and no video is output.

I seem to be having the same issue as the thread below.

As mentioned in this thread, turning off the power and pressing the CLR CMOS button fixes the problem. However, if you turn off the EQ12 after using it for a while, the next time you turn it on, the same problem will occur and it will not turn on.

Is there any way to deal with this problem? This appears to be an issue where EQ12 is not shutting down properly in certain situations.

Hi there,

After you turn on the PC, please wait about 1-2 minutes to see if you can go into the system.
If you can turn it on, please go to BIOS and enable fast boot in the BOOT menu.
