Hi everyone, i started having problems starting windows, it was restarting continuiosly and was impossible to use. After that i downloaded a win11 standard edition and tried to install it on the same partition where windows was located, i had formmated it and tried to install it, but its not working. After checking the forum i guess i have to recover windows from usb and from a concrete iso that beelink can provide me. Find below details for my machine and please send me links to download the iso and recover the system. thanks in advance.

honestly no idea, i think better try restoring everything and if the problem is not solved then go through warranty to check hardware.

Hello there,
this is the system file for SER5500:https://mega.nz/folder/agkDyYJR#IdBuES-SQi37XHEe37gTuA
and this is the tutorial:https://beelink.oss-cn-hongkong. ... ystem%20Tutoria.pdf
you can try to reinstall the system, but remember to back up the data before you reinstall the system.
you can also try to test your hardware:
**①Please take out the RAM ,please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber. Here is the tutorial https://mega.nz/file/XqZX0TIR#_D ... hBpQ959cg5U3Yw4u1Cc**

**②Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not.** You can also use Memtest software to test the RAM.

**③Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.**

**④Please change another power supply.**
Hope it can help you!
