SER pro5 Ryzen 5700 touchscreen no audio out

To enable the touchscreen aspects of the monitor, I have to use both the HDMI output jack, and a USP port cable to the monitor.  Works fine.

However, this seems to disable the Sound output jack on the Beelink unit.  If I disconnect the USB link to the monitor, the sound output jack now works to my external speakers, but the touchscreen aspects of the monitor do not work.
Is there any workaround for this, so I can have both a working touchscreen AND sound to my external speakers?

Never mind.  I figured it out, by mistake.  On Windows 11, set the sound output to Realtek hi definition speakers.  THEN disconnect the USB connection to the monitor, disconnect the plug on the Beehive to the external speakers, reinsert the external speaker plug, THEN reconnect the USB cable to the monitor.  Now both work fine.
