What is the problem with this PC? I just bought it, it looks like a toy!
Installed all the updates, has lag problems... can't hear commands, skips letters while typing...
and, if I connect keyboard or mouse to the front USB (all mounted upside down!!!), they are completely unusable because they works so badly.

I formatted the computer again.

I tried deleting the Windows.old folder (obviously by clicking the button for administrator permission)... and it doesn't delete it... because I don't have administrator permission!!!
Tried to delete it by using external software, it gets stuck with CPU at 55%... and the computer, with only 55% CPU working, gets super laggy!!!...a toy!!!

My old Dell XPS 13 9350 i7 6th gen from 2015, even with 100% CPU, during a video rendering, is never so outrageously laggy!!!

I tried changing a few settings. The power settings are either completely absent or blocked. It is not possible to change the behavior of the on/off button, there is no setting to disable the quick start (always a must, in all computers!). So i disabled it from the prompt by the command powercfg... pc died... incredible... black screen!!!

Now I want to try to format it again by using a completely new downloaded Windows 11 and Rufus (or something like that) on USB per drive... but I still don't know how to get the bios options or how to boot the PC by USB!!!

Have I bought a toy? Why all those super positive reviews for a computer like this? Am I on a candid camera???

Hi There,
Terribly sorry for all the troubles and your such poor experience.
I understand your anger .  But no worries, the PC has one-year warranty.

Please try some solutions here ,see if anything helps:

1.Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back ,
make sure they are installed properly. Also please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber.
2.CLR CMOS
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Secondly, Please hit the "CLR CMOS" button for about 10 seconds.
Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again,
See if it works.  Please try few more times.
3.
Please use wired devices to connect the PC.

4. You can Keep Pressing DELETE key to enter the BIOS when restarting the PC.
