I bought a SER5 with Ryzen 5 5560U that came with W11 Pro. My audio is too low, both input and output, but that only happens when my headset is connected to the frontal 3.5 audio jack. I tried using an external USB adapter and it worked so much better, can anyone help me with this?

I tried googlien for a feew solutions and found someone pointing a few realtek drivers here at beelink site, but i got a forbidden error when i tried to access it.

Is this normal? The audio jack is really that bad regarding to quality or did i got luck and got a bad device?

Hello there,
Thanks for your letter and sorry for that.
Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
And pls try to update the audio driver to see if that could work,

Ok, is this tutorial right for my case? I don't have any drivers with exclamation points. All I said is that my audio is too low, but the drivers are here.

Also the drivers didn't help. A lot of folders, where can I found the audio drivers for my Beelink SER5 with Ryzen 5 55600U and Windows 11 Pro?

Thanks, i found it.

Ok, aside from the fact that you're asking for help with Linux, what i understood is that audio jack in any beelink will be like?

Is that it?  No drivers could fix the sound?

For what matters, volume on input audio is ok when it comes to Youtube videos. I set it on 14 and I can hear fine.

The trouble seems to be more with the microphone. When i speak, it's capturing only 1% of the sound. For people to hear me, i have to speak with my mouth literally on the "mic thing" on the headset, dont know the name lol

I only get good mic quality if i use the 3.5mm to USB audio adapter. I already tried a bunch of stuff i found on youtube, none worked.
