So I have 2 SSD:

- nvme 2TB Crucial
- 2.5" 2TB Crucial

both are new but recently I am getting errors related to 2.5":

I checked the connectors on both motherboard and the SSD - both are super ok.
What is the problem?
I tried another SSD - the problem remains.
Any solution?
The box is 1 year old

Hello, may I know could your hdd be recognized in the bios? you could try to change the format of your hdd to MBR, and you could check the sata cable , if it's broken or something, thanks

I shall not reformat the disk - there is Proxmox on it with 20 VMs

Could you please check what partition format  your SSD is, MBR or GPT ?
