Hello.
My Beelink doesn't turn on. Like there is no energy or whatsever going to the machine.
I've tested the power supplier using a voltage tester and it is working just as fine.
I've made a video where I show the issue but looks troublesome to post youtube links here. So I wont until someone asks.

At first the power supplier would blink when I connect the beelink on. Later on it would stay just as normal as when I bouth.
In either cases my beelink never runs.

I've already disassembled to see if there would be any indication of burnt or malfunctioning but everything looks just normal.

Could someone help me please?

I'm using this beelink for almost 18 months.
It's a great machine and was serving me really well.

It's sad to see it dying like that.
Even without RAM and SSD it wouldn't power up.
I also disconnected the wifi module to see if could be something related to it but still no power.

I've tried multiple screens to see if could be my fan not running, but still there is no power running so the power button doesn't light up.

Like I said, at first when my power supplier was conected to the beelink, it would blink. Like having trouble to stabelize. Then it went back to have its light stable, but even so my beelink doesn't work.

I have two videos with me that I could share the link. I can upload it somewhere else too.
I'm counting on the incredible support this forum is offering.

Thank you.

Don't worry,  Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record TO OUR EMAIL:support-pc@bee-link.com
Here are some potential solutions: First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.

Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. If the problem persists, please try other solutions:

①Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

②Please take out the RAM ,please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber. Here is the tutorial https://mega.nz/file/XqZX0TIR#_D ... hBpQ959cg5U3Yw4u1Cc or  [https://mega.nz/file/7nwDmCaL#Uy ... P9gt2Br3xyCG1SCdbrA](https://mega.nz/file/7nwDmCaL#Uy ... P9gt2Br3xyCG1SCdbrA)

③ Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not.

④Please check if the fan spins?

⑤Please tell us if the Keyboard light is on ?(Very important). If the keyboard light is on, it should go to the system, we need to troubleshoot HDMI or the monitor.

Hello,
I have the same problem, my 14-month-old SER5 5600H has been defective for two days. I was doing some CPU-intensive work when the screen suddenly went black and stopped responding. No more HDMI signal from the computer

To rectify the problem, I tried
- a different HDMI cable
- a different monitor
- CLEAR CMOS reset
- SSD and RAM removed, cleaned, reinserted, individually- checked fans, etc
- removed CMOS battery for 40 minutes

None of this has helped, the computer does not boot into the BIOS, no HDMI signal - the USB keyboard remains without light.
What can I do?

PS
I've send an e-mail with further details to your support (support-pc@bee-link.com)

HI,
Please email us here with your SN pic and purchase record for further step.
(support-pc@bee-link.com)
we will help you out.

Please try some solutions here :
1.
Please try CLR CMOS
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Secondly, Please hit the "CLR CMOS" button for about 10 seconds.
Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again,
once turn on the PC,  you will need more than one minute to wait for the PC to enter the system.
See if it works.  Please try few more times.
2.
Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.
Also please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber.
Here is the tutorial https://mega.nz/file/XqZX0TIR#_D ... hBpQ959cg5U3Yw4u1Cc
