Hello
I bought a new SER 6 MAx (6900 HX) 3 weeks ago and it keeps crashing whenever the RAM usage reaches around 65%.
I have a MS Edge browser open, vscode, 2 terminals and VM running and suddenly I get OOM errors in Vscode and Chrome tabs thrown an out of memory error.

Not sure why I have this daily, even after reboots. Works for 30 minutes and then crashes applications.

1.Adjust power settings: Adjust the power settings on your PC to optimize performance and reduce heat generation. Lowering the maximum processor state or using power-saving modes can help.Go to control panel ---power option---change to High performance--- change plan setting---advanced setting -processor power management--- change both 100% to 99% , click save.

2. Update your BIOS.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

3. Turn off Turbo boost :
Press " delete " when restarting , enter BIOS , see if there`s " Advanced CPU Settings or chipset "   ---- “Frequency ” ------" Turbo Boost "  click : disabled

4. Some softwares like " Speedfan" can optimize the fan .  see if it works

Would it happen when you use only one RAM ?

I have contacted support and ran memtest. It showed all good.

I ran the PC  on one RAM slot and attached are the results.
One RAM seems to perform very slow compared to the other one consistently.

For Fan speed, it's already set to 99. I don't see the options in BIOS for chipset.
