I am using SER5 MAX 5800H; after shut dowm, the power light of USB camera is still on.
Where can I find out the setting in BIOS to shut down the USB power?

If the machine is shut down, the USB will not lose power unless the power is unplugged.

enter BIOS
Advanced -> OEM Features Management -> USB Power Controller -> S4+S5 OFF
but there are no guarantees that it will work due to functionality limitations. You're not using a full-fledged computer, accept it.

Normal, else when computer is sleeping, how could you wake it when you move your mouse or touch the keyboard? USB needs power for this, the keyboard/mouse.

Some BIOS have settings to disable power, but I don't think the SER bios have them...

Yes, our product don't support set disable the usb power in bios, hope get your kind understanding.
