Olá,
Tenho um headset gamer e o microfone não está funcionando, quando tento usar, aparece a mensagem que precisa de um microfone conectado. Testei o microfone em outro pc e funciona normal.
O modelo do mini pc é  Beelink SEI10 Mini PC W-11 Pro, Intel Corei5

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the microphone issue on your Beelink SEI10 Mini PC:
1. Check the Connection and Settings
Physical Connection: Make sure the gaming headset is properly plugged into the correct audio jack on the mini - PC. Some headsets have separate jacks for audio and microphone, while others use a single combo jack. If it's a USB - connected headset, ensure the USB connection is stable.
Audio Settings: Right - click on the volume icon in the taskbar and select "Sounds". In the "Recording" tab, make sure your headset's microphone is set as the default recording device. You may need to right - click on the microphone device and select "Set as Default Device". Also, check the volume level of the microphone and make sure it's not muted or set too low.
2. Update Audio Drivers. Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC, we will send you the driver.

3. Check for Software Conflicts
Some applications or software on your PC may be interfering with the microphone usage. Try closing all unnecessary applications and see if the microphone starts working. Additionally, check if there are any audio - related software installed that might be redirecting or disabling the microphone input.
4. Test in Different Applications
Try using the microphone in different applications such as the built - in Voice Recorder (if available) or other communication apps like Skype, Discord, etc. Sometimes, an application - specific issue can prevent the microphone from working properly in a particular program.
5. Check for Windows Updates
Make sure your Windows 11 Pro operating system is up - date. Microsoft often releases updates that can fix audio - related bugs and improve device compatibility. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Check for Updates" and install any available updates.
