Minis 12 pro refresh rate cap 30hz

Hi I connected through HDMI the minis 12 pro to my tv (which is a 4k device with a 60hz refresh rate), but windows can't be settled over 30hz. Why?

Hello there.

Please try to set the refresh rate as 60hz on the display setting, setting->display setting->advanced display setting, choose your display, then set the refresh rate.
