DP port not woking on SEi12 i5-12450H

Hi there, We have bought two new SEi12 i5-12450H and we are conecting two monitors. The HDMI are working fine but the DP ports are not. We have updated the drivers, reboot and still not working. Can you please help?

That part is $50, it is not a cheap cable.  This was not easily discernable in the Amazon listing. Had I known I may not have selected this computer at all.  It is very expensive.  Why remove the 2 HDMI?  I suspect, I may be returning this computer.
