I have an EQ12 that came with 8gbg of ram.

I would like to upgrade to 16g, but when I open the back there is an HDD fan cover that does not allow access to the motherboard.
How do I remove that cover and upgrade the ram?

Thanks
Dan

I have attached a picture of the HDD cover.

You need to unscrew the screws on the four sides of the fan board to see where the memory is.

There is a YouTube video out there that is like 4 1/2 hours long where the guy shows how to get in to the areas to try and upgrade the ram and drives. There are 3 screws to get the fan panel open set along the edges. 2 are in corners and one along the side. I am upgrading the drives later today so I was checking how to get to the m.2 nvme drive.
