Hello,

I own a SEi12 device (i5-1235U).

I am trying to replace the NVME drive with a larger drive. However, once I put the new drive in, the device starts to boot very slowly. It takes almost a minute to get the boot screen or the boot menu, and the same to get to the BIOS screen.

I want to clone the drive so I won't have to re-install everything. Once I manage to boot into Clonzilla live, and the copy goes through (successfully), the device won't boot from the clone (and stays very slow).

I did this procedure hundreds of times on laptops, AIOs, etc.

Do I have to clear the CMOS for that? Do I have to install Windows from scratch (I own my own licenses)?

Thank you

Hello there,
Please send us a picture of the purchase record and a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
And how much capacity is the new drive?
