eq12 not seeing third usb monitor

I am trying to setup an alternate wfh area with 3 monitors connected to my eq12. the monitor to the usb port is never detected. is there a trick to setting it up? i'vee tried a usb-c to dp port cable and an hdmi cable with a usc-c to hdmi adapter. the monitor is never detected. thanks in advance.

Can you send the complete two lines of SN code? We send the corresponding driver files to you

Please try refreshing the corresponding driver in Device Manager
