SEi12 1235u Fan is making loud noises

Hello. I bought this mini-pc a while ago and, as title says, looks like something's not ok with its cooler, I mean the big one cooling CPU. Looks like it's dying. So I'd like to buy a replacement cooler. Can you please tell me its exact model or, even better, drop relevant aliexpress links or something? Is it compatible with SEi10 cooler, for example?

What is the item model ? Could you please send us a picture of the SN ?
Maybe replacing the fan will solve the issue.

If your PC is under one-year warranty, you can contact our support for a fan replacement, if not under warranty, you can also contact them to buy one. Here is support email support-pc@bee-link.com

I bought a Beelink PC a little over a year ago. It makes so much noise it can be heard from other rooms in the house. I would return it if I could. I'll never buy another Beelink product. Very shabby piece of equipment.
