Only one montor output working

I have a
Beelink Ryzen Mini PC SER3 with AMD Ryzen 7Only one montor is working, which is frustrationg ashaving two outputs was the main reason I bought it. Does any one know what may have caised this, and what iI can do about it?

hello there,
could you send me the SN on the bottom of the PC?
1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.
2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, then turn on the PC after 10 minutes
3.you can try to uninstall the graphic card driver,and reinstall it,we can send you the file after you send us the SN code.
