Do I need a new BIOS update for my mini pc? Here's two pictures, one with the BIOS screen, the other with my mini pc serial number. Thanks for your help. :)

Please provide the SN code of the machine and the main page of the bios. We can confirm whether there is a new bios that can be updated.

I also require a new BIOS for the SER6 Max device, which is currently on version 20. It is experiencing consistent disconnection from the internet when using a LAN connection. Can you assist me in obtaining the new BIOS?
