I seem to be having issues with the Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) 1225-V #2 in my SER6.  It just refuses to work right with Teamviewer software.  The unit shows up as available in a remote unit, but when you try to connect, you are told that it is not connected to the Internet or Teamviewer is not running. When this happens, the network cable connection on the SER6 blinks rapidly.  When you manually wake up the computer, you can connect with no problem.


The computer came with Intel NIC driver version 1.1.4.42 installed.  Windows updated the driver to 2.1.4.2, but this did not work, and I had to roll it back to 1.1.4.42.  I went to your download page, and the latest driver available is 1.1.3.28.  Which one should I be using?  And how can I be sure that I have the latest firmware for the card?

Here is the driver for you, you can give a shot.

So 1.1.3.28 is your official driver for this unit, despite the fact that it shipped with a later one and Windows updates it to a still later one?  Since none of them makes a difference, the erraticness could very well be a firmware issue.  I take it that this NIC is integrated into the motherboard, not a replaceable unit.

Hello there,
could you send me the SN on the bottom of the PC?so that we can confirm the model of your machine.
Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please make sure your WIFI signal is full.
2. Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
3. Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
4. Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other toubleshooters--- internet---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
5.Please update the driver.  Here is the driver source :[https://www.bee-link.com/cms/support/productlist?id=7](https://www.bee-link.com/cms/support/productlist?id=7), click the item model , then you can find the related driver.
6. Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel WiFi driver ---advanced--choose property 802 ax, value also choose 802 ax.  
7. Please clear the CMOS.  Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . Next, restart the PC after ten minutes.
8.Please right click the windows--computer management--double click Services--①Wlan  auto config--start the service, ②WWAN Auto config ---start the service.

The bottom of the unit with the serial number is attached.  I believe that it is a SER6 MAX 7735HS.  Your drivers section makes you pick your unit from the ones exhibited.  This one isn't there -- the only one with an identical front is the SER6 MAX 6900HX.  

As a starting point, I want to make sure that I have the latest BIOS for the unit, and the latest firmware and driver for the NIC.  This is a network adapter issue, not a WI-FI issue.  The unit came with NIC driver verison 1.1.4.42.  Microsoft update says that the latest version is 2.1.4.2.  Your update page has the latest version as 1.1.3.28.  Which one do you stand by as being the latest?
