Why do beelink keep such a secret about your bios updates?
Why do you dont make just a simple download link at the drivers area?

We have posted  links  to the driver files on our website.

As for the BIOS file, we do not share it publicly because we are worried that some customers accidentally brush the wrong BIOS and cause the machine to become bricked, thus damaging the machine. Please understand.

Hello Beelink,

I recently purchased a GTR7 Pro 7840HS model and am experiencing issues while using the mini PC. I have encountered the following problems:

I would like to request a Windows 11 Pro License Key, as the operating system is not activated.

Lately, I've been encountering issues when playing games; the PC freezes or crashes. Could you please provide me with a BIOS update or any solution for this problem? I've already updated the AMD drivers and attempted to downgrade them, but the issue persists.

I was in contact to the support two weeks ago...
no bios update file till now...
and the second issue: There was no vesa braket in my GTR7 pro shipment...
Can you please send me one.
one note: beelink products are good, but the support more than worse...
