I received Beelink ser7 two days ago.
There was a problem when using '3.5mm to usb c DAC Cable'

When I connect the 3.5mm terminal of this cable to headphones and the C type terminal to a computer port, the sound repeatedly stops playing. Playback stops quickly in 0.1 second increments.
All three C-type ports (front and back) of ser7 show the same problem.

It works normally when connected to a smartphone, so it is not a problem with the cable.

Therefore, the problem only appears in ser7.

I received a new product two days ago and would like some advice on how to solve this problem.

Hello there,
could you send me the SN on the bottom of the PC?
and you can try the following methods:
1.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, then turn on the PC after 10 minutes
2.Please right click window--click “”setting“---Sound----more sound setting --click "playback"--right click speaker---properties--controller information ---properties---update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the  playback setting.
3.you can try to update the driver.
Hope it can help you!

Unfortunately, there is no change even after cmos reset.  And the driver update button for the speaker activated by connecting the cable is disabled. My SN is C78404DH50317.

hello, sorry for that, you could uninstall the audio driver and then update it to see if that could work.
Driver:   https://mega.nz/file/Cwlj3b7R#LD ... fKlA-iAqBAImMgZ3H3Q
Tutorial:  https://mega.nz/file/mvAS1bQK#xX ... LDUFcxN5WUi6OrYy2js

Or you could go amd to download the testing too to see if that problem could be fixed. thanks, https://buildin.ai/lizong/3ec79e6b-f757-4787-894f-c2b245c61ee0
Hope it helps, Have a nice day!
