I've been experiencing random video driver crashes since I got this new PC a few weeks ago. It only seems to happen during Zoom calls. What I see is that video completely freezes for about 10 seconds, then recovers.

The system event log reports event id 4101 (source = display) and the event details:
Display driver amduw23g stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

I've tried changing to the newest AMD drivers using the automatic driver detection tool, and I've tried drivers from the beelink website. No difference.
I've also changed the BIOS setting UMA Frame Buffer size from its default of "4G" to "Auto" which seems to have reduced the rate of driver crashes but I've still had 2 in the past 3 days.

My current driver is 31.0.23013.1024 dated 11/28/2023.

Hello there,
you can try to clear the CMOS:
Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, then turn on the PC after 10 minutes
this is the driver file for SER6 MAX 6900:https://mega.nz/file/26xDlZ5S#8T ... RFmUPwcRkbdTllQmcWk
you can try to uninstall the video driver and reinstall the driver again.
Hope it can help you!

The file that I download from that link doesn't look like a video driver package. Can you please re-check it?
