how to unlock 5600h 45w in bios only 35w there are no other options

Hello there,
Pls go to the bios to adjust the TDP→Advanced→OEM Features Management →PowerLimit Setting,
change 【Balance Mode】to【Performance Mode】 Remember to enter the F4 to keep this setting. 【Balance Mode】=35W
【Performance Mode】=45W

in the BIOS in the settings there is only 35w, there are no other options. There is no restriction in the BIOS although the processor can run at 45w
