Does the SER7 7840hs come with a 120watt or 100 watt magnetic charger?

No, I want to know the output of the plug you supply.  Does it provide 100watts to the pc or 120 watts to the pc?

Thanks

So, I'm in the US and that would make it a 100 watt plug.  The information says to use the 120 watt plug if you change the TDP to 65 watts. So now my question is, will I run into any issues changing the TDP to 65 watts and using the 100watt magnetic plug?

hello, it would not affect that, so it is okay for you to use the magnetic plug under  tdp 65w.

Hi Quincy,

Since the PSU is 100W (99.94) and if the TDP is set to draw 65W, it should be absolutely ok. The PSU may run a bit warm to the touch.
