Problemas con la activación de windows 11 y Bluetooth no aparece en el sistema

Estimados, junto con saludar, les informo que el día de ayer 11/01/2023 presente los siguientes problemas técnicos en mi SER 5 MINI PC AMD RYZEN 7 5800H :
Problemas con la activación de windows 11. Esto sucedió después de restaurar mi pc para resolver problemas del bluetooth (que no funcionó) ¿me pueden dar una nueva clave?
Bluetooth desaparecido: de un momento a otro sucedió esto, no se encuentra donde debería estar todos los controladores.

Estaré atento a sus comentarios.

and about the bluetooth problem,Here are the possible solutions :

① Please go to the device manager to check if there is bluetooth driver, if no, please update the driver. Here is the driver Here is the driver source :

② Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . Next, restart the PC after ten minutes.

③Please right click the windows--computer management--double click Services--bluetooth--start the service.

④Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other troubleshooters--- bluetooth---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
