HDMI issue with SEi12

I am still having the issue with this, and as of last week, there was an issue where it would not recover from the HDMI failure.  I am about ready just to leave a review and tell people not to purchase this type of system.  I see this issue is a recurring theme and now it is impacting my working and testing

Sorry for the trouble.
What is the BIOS version ?
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

I have replied 2 time but since it has an attachment it looks like it needs moderated

Your BIOS is the latest one.
How about you try another HDMI cable ?
