I bought a GTR7 from amazon back on 6/23.

I am running Dual MSI G273 monitors. 1 on HDMI and 1 on DP. If I turn on my 2nd monitor (which is on DP) It will still randomly crash.

Ive updated graphics drivers, GPU drivers are AMD Adrenalin 23.12.1 Driver
Ive set refresh rate for each monitor down to 60hz and that didnt help much
Ive changed bios settings for power increase..
Ive updated BIOS to latest given to me from Beelink support - (GTR_P5C6V35 file date of 11/22/23)
Ive set Video Ram to 8gb
Ive installed the new baseplate as well

Also running Win 10 (Win 11 wont run my software needed for work)

Nothing seems to help. I would like to be able to use my 2nd monitor.. Its useless to me otherwise.. I mean it runs beautifully with 1 monitor..

Then today I turned on my 2nd monitor and this happened.. had to force power off and restart

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are you using an external power adapter for the second monitor with enough voltage? 19V, 2.1Amps seems to be the required from MSI. I used to get those same issues with mine (Not MSI) until I upgraded the USB-C cable to USB4 compatible (100W capacity) and used a better power supply. I use windows 11, though. Are you sure your software will not work on Windows 11? I haven't heard of many that won't. I even use older DOS programs at times.

I am using OEM power supply for both monitors and GTR7.

As far as I've been told through Nissan, our Service manual program called "ASIST" isn't compatible with Win 11. Also, It would require getting management to order a new install USB from NISSAN..
Per a bulletin it says "Windows 10 (64 bit) "DO NOT install or upgrade to Windows 11 at this time" "

Hello there,

I suggest you take one of the memory sticks out and try it. See if there's a problem with two displays on the machine.
If there is really a problem with the machine, we can apply for maintenance for you during the warranty period.

Have a nice day!

Hello  there,

It is suggested that you can put only one memory to try, the machine should not have problems.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact this email address: Support-PC@bee-link.com.

Have a nice day!
