SER5 Pro 5700U USB keyboard lag issue

Hi there,


I am experiencing serious lag problems with a wireless desktop with the dongle in the rear USB Ports (2.0 and 3.0).
There is no lag when using the front USB Port. But I want to use the rear ports because I want to be able to resume
from sleep with a keyboard press which only seems to work on the back ports.

Is this a known problem?
If yes, can it be fixed with an update?
BIOS Version is SER5H507.

Use a USB extension to plug your dongle, even 1ft is enough.

after your post I searched found a few old mentions on other sites, that this happens sometimes with USB dongles.
I have added a short extension now. so far no lag.
Hopefully this fixes it completely. If not I'll be back.
