I have two disk:

  • WD Blue 1TB Mobile Hard Drive HDD - 5400 RPM Class, SATA 6 Gb/s, 128 MB Cache, 2.5" - WD10SPZX
  • SSD WDS100T3G0A - Internal Hard Drive SSD (1 TB, SATA III, 6 GB/s, 2.5/7 mm, up to 545 MB/s, Color Green

Both work externally (via USB), but when plugged into the SER slot it doesn't detect it.

They could tell me if I need to set up the BIOS or what the problem might be.

Thank you.

The problem is in with flex of the hdd disk connector, it does not have good contact.

The BIOS recognizes it intermittently.

Which is what proceeds to change the connector for another one.
