Hi Beelink team, here are some suggestions I hope you can share with your leaders to help improve your company and product line:
1. Please start using industry standard fan controllers on your motherboards. We want to use 3rd party fan control software to monitor and control our own fan curves
2. Please move to the intel i226 ethernet controller as soon as possible. The i225v3 even is quite flawed
3. Please post all latest firmware versions & release notes on your website. It's very frustrating to not know if you are up to date, or what changed with each release
4. Please start tying windows keys to the motherboard. As you can see from these forums people have to constantly message you to get them. (I realize you can extract it from the registry or login with your windows account though)
5. Please spend more time in your quality control looking at wireless quality (wi-fi and bluetooth)
6. Please start providing wi-fi 6e cards instead of wi-fi 6, and wi-fi 7 once it is certified
7. Consider offering some spacers as legs for models to get them off the desk
8. Please ALWAYS offer a more neutral black or dark gray color. Almost no one wants the ugly green color you are using so much. You have to remember a lot of these end up as media/htpcs and will sit prominently in our living rooms.
9. If you insist on continuing to use the magnetic power charger, please make sure that the USB-C connection (a) will always power the device up as a backup, and (b) can run at full power or revert the unit to a lower power so you don't get stuck
10. If you insist on using the magnetic power charger, we need an easier way to release it without yanking on the cable
11. It would be interesting to see a flexible option where we could add an SFP jack for 10Gbe ethernet so we can use these as a NAS
12. No more 2.5 slots blocking the fan
