Beelink EQ12 CPU Stay at very low speed. and hot.

Hi, I feel the pc is very hot beetween 80c and 90c when the cpu is at 2.0Ghz

and 70c at 0.20Ghz

I don't know why the pc don't stay at above 2.0Ghz it's very slow also.

can I put thermal paste for Nvme on the one I have inside or just the one below is fine ?

The latest bios file has been sent to you via DM
Please try to update
The machine can only support up to 16G DDR5 4800MHz of memory.
