I have used it for several months well, but suddenly it doesn't display anything on monitor.

I followed several steps that Beelink suggested but it didn't help
- Reset CMOS 10+ seconds : not working
- Change HDMI cable : not working
- Unplug and plug NVME, RAM : not working

Power LED is on but nothing's shown. Same with HDMI, DP, USB-C. What's next?

#black screen #not working

Hello there,
Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ?
Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.
2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, then turn on the PC after 10 minutes
3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components.Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.
Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber. Here is the tutorial  https://mega.nz/file/XqZX0TIR#_D ... hBpQ959cg5U3Yw4u1Cc
If it still doesn’t work, please try to replace SSD and RAM or put the SSD or RAM to other devices to test if they work.
4. You can take out one of the RAM and test whether one of the RAM is damaged.ome troubleshooting.
if our solutions can not help you,pls contact our email:support-pc@bee-link.com,we can apply a new machine for you under the warranty.
Have a nice day!

What if I remove SDD and RAM? Should BIOS boot image be shown?
I've tried to turn on after removing all of them, but there was nothing displayed in the monitor.

Another thing weird is that keyboard LED (num lock, caps lock) doesn't turn on. I've connected same keyboard to other computer and keyboard LED turned on.

I think motherboard is not working correctly.
