GTR7 Pro - 2 Monitors, wakeup problem

I have 2 monitors on my GTR7 Pro

1 at HDMI
1 At Displayport

I have configured my GTR to turn off my screen after 2 minutes, and never go to sleep.
Some time when both monitors turn off after the 2 minutes, when i move the mouse or pres any key, only one monitor power on, the only way to turn on the second one its reboot the GTR7

Bios Version V35
AMD graphics, lastest

I suggest you take one of the memory sticks out and try it. See if there's a problem with another display on the machine.
If there is really a problem with the machine, we can apply for maintenance for you during the warranty period.

Closer to the Slots of the memory have sticker GTR7 Pro 7940HS V11

Its amazon a PC of $1.000 have this issue. are any way to get a refund for the PC??

So no matter if its only 1 memory or both always the same.

If its the only solution its ok, only if you have stock early if i need to wait months for get a replacement i prefer a refund.
