GTR Pro shut off by itself & wont boot back up

This system was working fine this moring.  Then, all of a sudden, the machine shuts down and will not power/boot back up.
The power light is white with the psu plugged in.
The psu light is solid blue.

I've tried to clear the cmos:  it did nothing
Removed SSD:  it did nothing.
Removed top ram stick:  it did nothing.

Tried two different HDMI cables and in both ports : Nothing, no video signal
