SER6 MAX only showing HALF the CORES; 4 rather than 8.

Just got a SER6 Max with Ryzen 9 6900HX.


Windows 11 Task Manager & CPUID CPU-Z says I only have 4 cores and 8 threads.

Why?

That is 1/2 the capacity.

Could you send me the SN on the bottom of the PC to me？so that I can confirm the model of your machine.
