HDD-SDD no media present

my u59 no longer sees the installed ssd. Thinking it was broken I bought a new one (WD_BLACK SN770) but the problem remains.

You can contact our email: support-pc@bee-link.com.com and send us your SN code and purchase record. If the machine cannot recognize the hard drive, we can replace it with a new machine during the warranty period.
