It seems that by demanding we send you a request for the BIOS files you are creating a lot of work for yourselves. Most advanced hobbyists (who I think are your primary customers) know how to disassemble hardware and update BIOS.
You are protecting the minority of people who don't understand how to update their BIOS.
Make it easier for the majority of people and publish the BIOS files online.

From my perspective. Sometimes updating BIOS could have a potential risk to the PC .
and It is not necessarily to update BIOS if nothing wrong with PC most of time. But for our hobbyists who might need BIOS update,
You can also send us SN and BIOS version to confirm .
We will send you the latest files.
But we will take your opinion into consideration . Let`s see in the future.
