It seems that by demanding we send you a request for the BIOS files you are creating a lot of work for yourselves. Most advanced hobbyists (who I think are your primary customers) know how to disassemble hardware and update BIOS.

You are protecting the minority of people who don't understand how to update their BIOS.

Make it easier for the majority of people and publish the BIOS files online.

Upon my request for a BIOS update, I received version 31 from support. I don’t know why not 37, maybe 31 is more stable.

Please post a Bios change log for the versions and put the bios on downloadpage on your Website.
It's not user friendly for all byer to ask every time

How can i update the BIOS?
my number is : SER7PROP5C8V28
I have setting :"Perfomance Mode" in the BIOS but i think it is in Balanced Mode, because HWInfo shows TDP 45W in every setting.
Sometimes start Logo is loaded to the half.
