GTR 5 not working , power adapter blinking

Hello, I purchased my GTR 5 on indiegogo campaign last 2020 so I guess this is beyond warranty period. Today, my GTR just died all of a sudden and it wouldn't turn on.

My power adapter kept on blinking/flickering, when I try to power it on/plug in the mini pc. This only happens when it is connected to the pc, it doesn't flicker when it is not connected to the mini pc (the power adapter is not the problem). It also have this noise so I tried to open it to clean the dust build up in the fan and  check if there are any busted components. Cleaned everything, tried pressing the clear cmos button but it's still the same (no reaction); tried removing the each ram/ssd to see if each causes the problem, but still the same.

Any suggested fix?
