Hello!

I have a brand new SER6 MAX AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX and when I turn it on for the first time the monitor doesn't turn on as it has no signal. I tried three different HDMI cables, I tried Type-C to HDMI and DP to HDMI cables - No signal. I tried three monitors - same result.  I tried CMOS reset. I checked SSD and RAM connectors, I checked every RAM board one by one. No signal.
Can you help me? What can I do?

Hello there,

sorry  for the trouble,don't worry,the machine has one-year warranty,could you send me the purchase record?so that I can check if you are under the warranty.
you can try the following methods:
1.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components.Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.

If it still doesn’t work, please try to replace SSD and RAM or put the SSD or RAM to other devices to test if they work.
2. You can take out one of the RAM and test whether one of the RAM is damaged.
if these methods can not help you,we can apply a new machine under the warranty.

Unfortunately these methods did not help me. I checked RAM boards one by one, and reinstalled SSD and RAM boards. I tried to clean up its connectors. No results. Maybe the motherboard is not working?
I bought this machine in Russia in marketplace Ozon.ru with delivery from China. My purchase receipt in attachment.
