Hello Beelink 5800H Users,
I'm encountering a compatibility issue with my Beelink 5800H model when attempting to connect 3.5" 4TB Seagate NAS drives via an external power-enabled HDD enclosure. The drives work seamlessly on other systems but cause my Beelink 5800H to freeze, rendering the mouse and keyboard unresponsive.
Here are the specifics of my setup:
  • Beelink Model: 5800H
  • Issue: Freezing when connecting 3.5" 4TB Seagate NAS drives through an external power-enabled HDD enclosure
  • BIOS Version: 5800H506, Date: 03/29/2023
I've attempted troubleshooting by trying different USB ports, ensuring the power supply to the enclosure, and checking power management settings, but the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or found a workaround to successfully connect these drives to the Beelink 5800H without causing freezing or system unresponsiveness? I'm open to suggestions, guidance, or any available updates or drivers that might resolve this compatibility hiccup.
Your insights and experiences would be immensely helpful. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
