SSD with data and Win10

Hi,


I have just bought a Beelink Ver 6 with 16 gb ram and 500 gb hdd.  

I am trying to install a SSD with Win 10 and my data.  Although I can see it in my drives but I can't access it.  I want to make it as my main boot drive, if possible.
Can you please help.
