4K monitor NOT working

I have a Mini S12 here that works fine with a 1080p monitor but does NOT work with a 4K monitor, specifically this monitor:

The monitor works fine when plugged into a MacBook and another laptop.
I have tried 3 different HDMI cables including ones that are designed specifically for 4K60Hz, no luck.

Even the BIOS does not show when connected to this monitor.
