U59 pro does not boot after reboot

Hi, I have the following issue with my u59 pro:
It does not boot after reboot or after power failure.
Power button light turns on, fan start to work louder than usual, but beelink is stuck and does not boot even to bios screen.

I tried to detach all usb devices nothing helps.
The only unreliable solution i found is to unplug power and wait for some time (20-30 minutes), and then if you are happy enough it may boot normally. But it does not work every time. And sometimes you need a lot of such cycles to get u59 pro booting.
I tried to clear cmos using reset button - no help.
When u59 pro boots normally fan behaves this way: maximum sound for few seconds after power on and then it becomes quire
When u59 pro fails to boot fan bahaves differently: maximum sound all the time after power on.
Any solution to this problem?

Why not post here your solution to the problem? That way all who have the same  problem can benefit from it. I found I had to remove a USB device after failing to start. Maybe one too many hooked up?
