I finally got this. I went back to regedit and deleted my user info. This got me to defaultuser0. I hit Windows key + R” and typed “netplwiz” press Enter.
Select the user account (defaultuser0), click the remove button. That allowed me to restart using the command line, oobe /bypassnro which made the computer reboot asking for country etc., and brought back the I Have No Internet button. Convoluted but it works. Thanks |
