Recent purchasers of SER7 7840HS mini-PCs, have you had any problems using a USB-C power supply feeding a USB4 port to power the mini-PC?

I tried USB-C power cables rated to 240W, and various USB-C power supplies up to 140W,   The TDP setting didn't make a difference.

Do the SER7 7840HS USB4 ports have a PD requirement for power in?  IOW, does a USB-C power supply need to comply with a specific PD standard to prevent the "10 seconds and off" problem some have experienced with various PSs and charging cables?
