Hello All,
I have two USB-powered external hard disks (WD MyPassport)
One shows up on "This PC" as soon as I plug it in, it doesn't matter which port of the 3 ports or any cable I'm using. However, the other hard disk does not work although on other computers (again, it doesn't matter which port of the 3 ports or any cable I'm using) it works just fine.. it's making me crazy as I don't understand why this is happening. I have tried to uninstall the USB driver from Windows' (10 64bit) Device Management and restarting the mini PC without luck. I even tried WD site for support to find a driver or some kind of utility to fix the issue but same.. no luck.
I think it's the USB ports on Bee-link for some reason although the other hard disk under all circumstances is working like a charm.
