SER6 PRO 7735HS sound problem

Hello, I hope you can help me, I have a SER 6 PRO 7735HS I have a monitor with speakers connected to this mini pc thru HDMI cable, the problem is the sound is not reaching the speakers, when I connect a bluetooth or a wired headset I have sound and mic working but as soon as I desconnect this headsets the system don't found sound devices to reproduce the sound of the pc.

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.
Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
Or you could go to amd website to get the latest driver to update to see if that could work, thanks
