HDD-SDD NO LONGER DETECTED?

Hello,
today when starting the PC U59 series, it only wants to boot via PXE.  tried restoring via USB back up, however, it states no physical device installed?  Is this now mean I have a bad SSD drive that is only  1 year old? Also, not sue what took place but is it possible the bios reverted back?  Please see picture, as dates on my bios seem to be a bit older than what others are posting and they are needing to update bios.,  But.. My main concern is why SSD is no longer reconized.
version - JTKT001 x64
Build Date - 3/9/2022
Core version - 5.19

Can you send us the purchase record, SN code, and 1. BIOS save&exit page
2. SATA And RST Configuration in BIOS chipest (path: Chipset→PCH-IO Configuration→SATA And RST Configuration) image  of the machine? We will apply for a hard drive for you during the warranty period

Your machine no longer recognizes the hard drive. We will apply for a hard drive for you during the warranty period
