SER 6 Max 7735HS cannot boot When 2nd slot NVME SSD inserted

SER 6 Max 7735HS cannot boot When 2nd slot NVME SSD inserted.

When I inserted M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4x4 NVME SSD (Adata Gammix S70 Blade 1 TB), my PC Cannot boot, even into bios.
But when I inserted another crap NVME (Gen 3x4), it was detected normally.

So does SER 6 Max cannot use Gen 4x4 NVME SSD ?

I already tried inserting into the mainboard slot, but to no avail the same problem persist (pc turned on, just blackscreen, no bios).

and my BIOS version isn't even numbered, just text.

There's also some problems other than stated above. Two type C ports on the back of the Mini PC isn't functional at all, can't be connected to any device (not detected). The hotspot are also faulty, androids cannot connect.
